Patrick Graham

Patrick graduated from Louisiana State University Shreveport with a BS degree in finance. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Prior to founding Grawood Commercial Real Estate, Patrick was a Principle/Director at Colliers International in Houston, Texas where he served on the Board of Directors and the Governance Committee Patrick has also owned and operated a commercial general contracting company that provides commercial construction services to his real estate brokerage clients.

During his career in commercial real estate, Patrick has personally completed transactions with a combined value of more than $125,000,000 and overseen 20+ construction management projects.

Patrick actively participates in all facets of Grawood, from a leadership and management role, to actively assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs.
