Patrick Graham’s client required a corporate office for the management of their growing chain of body shops. The location needed easy access to the spread-out footprint of their stores which were located throughout the Houston market. The lease needed to retain flexibility so they could add people and grow as needed but also be able to not be tied into a long-term lease that hamstrung their options. We worked with the client to consider options that fit the client’s requirements. We researched and toured spaces with the client and identified a select few opportunities that would work. We negotiated terms on a few of the spaces to leverage the options against each other and secure the most flexible terms possible for the client. We were able to secure great terms that met the client’s needs and allowed their business to prosper.
