Plantersville RV Park is a 15-acre tract of land on Hightway 105 to the west of Montgomery, Texas. The owner built 13 recreational vehicle slips and leased those spots to RV trailer tenants. The site was a beautiful tract of land and the infrastructure that had been designed and built with plans for expanding the RV Park. However, the partnership that owned the land decided to sell rather than invest the additional funds needed to expand. We marketed the site, found a buyer, and negotiated agreeable terms, and successful closed the sale of the property.
