The Seller of this tract is a long-term client of Patrick Graham. The owner acquired and held this pad on Loop 410 in their real estate portfolio for over a decade. Originally, they had plans to develop the pad, but those plans changed, and the project never came together. Patrick, through his network of agents across Texas, worked with another commercial real estate professional in San Antonio to sell the tract. Patrick and that local agent worked together to find a Buyer and sell the asset, so the client could reinvest the proceeds elsewhere.
