JDL Marketing’s 14,400 sf distribution warehouse space in San Antonio was up for renewal. The client turned to Patrick Graham to help them review all their options. The client wanted to compare renewing in the current space versus relocating the facilities to another property in San Antonio or in New Braunfels. After analyzing the available opportunities, the client decided to stay where they were and renew, but they wanted more flexibility. Patrick was able to negotiate a shorter 3-year renewal but secured two (2) additional three (3) options. This provided stability with flexible options to relocate if needed.
