This was the second site selection assignment we worked on for this Crumbl franchisee client. The franchisee had rights to develop a store in The Woodlands which is an award-winning master-planned community consistently ranked as the Best Community to Live in the US. We conducted market research and reviewed availability. The Woodlands is a tight market with difficult design criteria, approvals, and visibility restrictions that all must be navigated. After reviewing options, our client elected to pursue a store in Market Street. Market Street is an award-winning, open-air, mixed-use destination in The Woodlands. It is the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination for the area featuring luxurious additions including Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, Kendra Scott, True Food Kitchen, Tesla, Warby Parker, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama, and a 70-room boutique Hyatt Centric hotel. We successfully negotiated the critical terms that met the requirements of our client.
