Closed Transactions

This was the first of two site selection assignments we worked on for this Crumbl Cookies franchisee. The franchisee had rights to develop a store in the Memorial area at IH-10. The site needed great access, visibility, and co-tenancy, and the franchisee wanted to be very near the Bunker Hill village which is a difficult area to source quality retail space. Thanks to our relationships with local retail brokers and REITs, we were able to secure a space that was about to become available in Village Plaza at Bunker Hill before it hit the market. The space enjoys a highly desirable tenant mix including HEB, Academy, Nordstrom Rack, Olive Garden, Five Guys, Genghis Grill, Panda Express, Bank of America, and many other national retail brands. This location was selected by our client, and we were able to successfully negotiate the critical terms that met their requirements.
