Brake Check required a regional office in Houston to conduct training, interviews, and company meetings. They needed flexibility, accessibility, meeting room space, and parking. As part of our long-term representation of Brake Check, we understood where their stores were in the Houston market, and we recognized the need for managers to be able to reach the office from across the large Houston footprint of stores. We researched options, considered locations carefully, reviewed terms to make sure the client retained flexibility to relocate easily if needed, found a space that had great parking and available conference rooms, and we negotiated a great option for Brake Check’s regional office in Houston.
