As part of our long-standing representation of Brake Check, we are always seeking new sites for them across Texas. For years Patrick Graham had been keeping an eye on the rapidly growing area on the west side of San Antonio, TX. We researched options and sourced available opportunities that would keep a good distance from other stores while servicing that western area as it continued to develop. It took in-depth research and years of work but Patrick, in coordination with a great local agent in San Antonio, was able to identify just the right spot. Brake Check acquired a great pad frontage Loop 1604 just north of West Military. The site had excellent visibility, access, and no restrictions against Brake Check’s auto repair use. In addition, Brake Check was able to install an enormous pole sign that can be seen from far away in either direction on Loop 1604. Most if not all other options in the market would either not approve the use or not allow that big of a pole sign. It took patience, timing, and hard work, but we were able to find an option that met all our client’s requirements.
