As part of our long-standing representation of Brake Check, we are always seeking new sites for them across Texas. With many successful stores throughout Central Texas, and recognizing the growth taking place across Leander, TX, we identified that market as an area to watch. Patrick Graham worked with a great local agent, researched options, and sourced available opportunities. Once the right tract of land was identified, we successfully negotiated terms for the acquisition of the pad. We then helped manage the project for Brake Check to deliver a new store serving the Leander market.
