As part of our long-standing representation of Brake Check, we are always seeking new sites and managing store placements in each market to avoid cannibalization. We identified an underserved area near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Pearland Parkway in Houston, TX. We researched options and sourced available opportunities. We identified multiple sites, screened them against our site selection criteria, toured sites with the key stakeholders of Brake Check, and successfully negotiated the terms for the purchase of the pad they selected. This store was the 51st store in the Brake Check chain which was a significant milestone for the client.
