As part of our long-standing representation of Brake Check, we are always seeking new sites for them across Texas. With many successful stores throughout Texas and recognizing the growth in tertiary markets like Victoria, we identified an opportunity. Patrick is always seeking vacant auto repair shops for his auto user clients. When Goodyear closed their store in Victoria, it presented a great chance for Brake Check to enter the market. Patrick worked with a great local broker and was able to procure the building on terms agreeable to all parties. The location has excellent visibility and access. It required vigilance to create the systems that identify new opportunities when they hit the market. When it became available, we had to move quick. These efforts secured a great location for Brake Check.
