Closed Transactions

The Seller of this tract was an estate with multiple heirs. The estate owned 33 acres of land on Highway 105 in Plantersville. That 33 acres was adjacent to an RV Park on 15 acres that Grawood Commercial had previously sold for an unrelated client. The assembled land was combined to develop a larger RV park that will include additional storage. Grawood brought the parties together and represented the Seller in partnership with another agent who had an ongoing relationship with the estate. The sale allowed the estate to achieve terms that were agreeable to all the heirs.
