Our client owner occupied a property with two buildings. One building was a flex office building that the client occupied for their office and warehouse needs. Another, smaller, building had more frontage along Nakoma but was used for excess storage. The building had good visibility and had previously been an auto service shop with overhead doors. The owner no longer needed the excess storage, so they wanted to generate some income by leasing out the smaller building. In coordination with a great local broker, we created an attractive marketing package and distributed the offering to our extensive list of agents and operators in the San Antonio market. We secured a new lease from a new tenant that created additional income for the client.
