The Seller of this tract acquired the site for future development. As the surrounding area grew, an opportunity arose to sell the tract at a profit. The 3.03 acre site was in high demand due to a lack of supply in the Lakeway area. The location was ideal for many users, so the owner retained Patrick Graham to list the property for sale. Grawood brought the property to market, found a Buyer who was an owner/user, negotiated terms of the sale, and the transaction closed. The sale allowed the owner to exit on agreeable terms and subsequently invested the proceeds from this sale in another opportunity.
