Closed Transactions

The Seller of this tract had owned the property for many years. During the time of ownership, FM 1488 developed into a major artery serving east-west traffic through Montgomery County. The pad had never been developed and had dense tree cover. The owner listed the site for sale with Grawood Commercial and the property was brought to market. Through our marketing plan, we found another broker who represented a potential Buyer. We negotiated terms of the sale and the transaction closed. The sale allowed the owner to exit on agreeable terms.
