This assignment for TIRELINK is for a corporate office in The Woodlands, TX. TIRELINK is a successful multi-unit high-end tire and wheel retailer. The requirement is for an office space for this growing business. Space requirement is between 1,000 and 2,500 square feet of office space. Needs two offices, conference room, open area, and reception. Needs to be in an office with easy access to IH-45. Needs sufficient parking for employees and visitors. TIRELINK has three locations currently in operation. First location is in Spring on IH-45, second location is on SH-249 in Tomball, and third location is on FM 1488 in Magnolia. A lease has been signed for the fourth store that will be in Atascocita, TX.
