Assignment

This assignment is for a new concept called The Daly Round. The Daly Round will offer food and beverages and realistic golf simulators. The industry leading technology in The Daly Round’s golf simulators is amazing. They provide a more accurate look and feel to a live golf round and replicate the golf experience regardless of conditions outside. Cocktails and food will be served in a family-friendly environment where people can have family fun, food, drinks, and play simulated rounds of golf. The requirement is for 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of retail space. Can be inline or end caps. Must not be restricted from liquor or typical bar food or golf simulator experiences. Seeking retail spaces in the Cypress, Texas area. 

Current Status: Site Selected, Business Terms Agreed, Negotiating Lease Agreement, Designing Plans for Permits.
