This assignment is for a buyer looking for an office building in Conroe that they can owner-occupy. Lone Star Engineering and Inspection is a civil engineering firm that leases office space in Conroe. They would like to acquire a property that they can owner-occupy and lease back to their business. The building will need to have a couple offices and a conference room, sufficient parking for the property, within a range of 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.
