Assignment

This assignment is for a successful F45 Training franchisee with a site requirement in Cypress, TX. Franchisee has the right to add a gym in 77433. Needs retail shopping center location with good visibility fronting Hwy 290. Site requirement is for 3,500 to 4,000 sf, inline or end cap. Prefer spaces with design that allows more natural light into the gym. Needs good parking during peak hours when classes will be held. Client is one of the strongest operating franchisees in Texas with multiple gyms around the Houston area. 

Current Status: Site Secured, Lease Signed, Pending Final Close Out and Grand Opening.
