Assignment

This assignment is for a family-owned construction company that has been in operation in the Houston area for over 40 years. They have outgrown the property they currently own and occupy, so they are seeking a raw land site to acquire and develop their new facilities. We are searching for between 5 to 15 acres of raw land to build approximately 25,000 square feet of industrial warehouse and office space with fenced storage.

Current Status: Negotiating Contract Terms, Pending Agreement.
