This assignment is for a new Brake Check in the Katy area of Houston, TX. Brake Check is a light automotive repair chain with over 50 locations in Texas. Family-owned and operated since 1968, Brake Check is a Texas legend that offers industry leading quality automotive service at great prices. Their commitment to deliver a fair and transparent automotive experience is captured in their well-known tagline, We Do It Right. The requirement is for a pad of at least 20,000 sf up to an acre. Location is flexible but needs to serve the following zip codes: 77494, 77441, 77407, and/or 77406. Minimum traffic counts of 35,000 vehicles per day and no restrictions against light automotive repair are requirements.
